Creating effective images
I am a professional photographer, living and working in the Algarve region of Portugal. Portugal is, of course, a small country and the Algarve is certainly not the hot-spot of commercial activity in this country. You could probably count the number of Algarve-based professional photographers on the fingers of one hand. But I like living here.
Most of my work is real estate and portraits, but I pride myself on being versatile. So if you need the services of a professional, I'd like you to call me.
Am I an artist? No. I prefer to strive for effectiveness: is a particular image effective? Does it do what it should? Tell the story it should? Convey the feeling that it should? Ask or answer the questions that it should? Is it an effective image? I won't rest until it is - then I will have done my job and you, my client, will have what you wanted.
